Tranquility Health LLC, is a certified provider of Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). Tranquility Health offers ARMHS to eligible recipients in order to enable them to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by symptoms of mental illness.
Tranquility Health focuses its service on individuals in the Twin Cities area who are East African and/or are new to the United States. While Tranquility focuses its services to underserved population, it does not limit its services to other communities. The East African community often does not seek mental health services and providing culturally appropriate services will help these isolated individuals obtain necessary help.Services may also be provided to enable the eligible recipient to retain stability and functionality when there is a significant risk of functional decompensation. Services are provided by qualified staff who receives appropriate supervision and training.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. As a provider, our goal is to be efficient in administering services coordinated in a strategic manner with our clients' needs and level of care. We consider each person as a whole; integrating treatment, care and resources which support a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
We have professionals who specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic, and psychological trauma. You strive for more happiness, contentment, confidence, and less suffering. We provide warmth, compassion, and respect for your journey toward better mental health. We use our skills to help you thrive and reach your goals as we work together toward those goals.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
We specialize in the treatment of East African refugees, but do not limit our services to other communities. The group focuses on the development of skills to lessen the effects of trauma symptoms. Some of the skills learned include relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, breath control, emotional self-regulation, and guided imagery, to name a few. Each group member is taught to practice to develop mastery of skills to the degree possible.
